Spa Club Bor Hotel - Velingrad

Large and warm unit with nice view, very helpful staff. Unbeatable, magnificent location in the peaceful area.

Big size and fairly clean hotel, location was incredibly convenient and absolutely perfect near the centre of the town and amazing pine tree forest. Had large room in a good condition and wake-up service was available in it.

Didn't like the area, it was quite poor.

The rooms are big and confortable. The location of the hotel is in the center of Velingrad, good starting point for trips in the mountains around. Nice local pubs around.

The swiming pools and the beach balcony are way too small to accommodate all the guests, if the hotel is full (like it was during the weekend). I have never seen worse design of jacuzzi.

The staff were extremely pleasant and efficient, the Panorama Bar has fantastic views of the entire town and the Rila and Rhodope Mountains. The bartender, Yanitsa, was marvellous - thanks for the wonderful margaritas! Furnishings in the public areas were designed well. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were at an excellent temperature. The spa procedures were well-organised in very comfortable surroundings.

I booked an apartment, but was disappointed: the bedroom was tiny, barely room for two people to move around, while the sitting room was like an enormous corridor - long and thin, with rather senseless furniture and barely anything decorative. The TV was in the bedroom instead of the sitting room, which seemed to me to be rather stupid. The food on offer was rather poor bearing in mind the inflated prices by Bulgarian standards. The Creme Caramel in the restaurant is particularly horrible as it's made from a packet and tastes of cornflour. The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking the centre of the town and is accessible on foot by going up an enormous quantity of steps, most of which were in poor repair, rather perilous I think.

The value for money at Spa Club Bor was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

The breakfast selection could have been more varied to cater to different tastes and preferences.

The pools, both indoor and outdoor, were a great place to relax, especially the indoor pool with its warm water. we had a pleasant and enjoyable long weekend at Spa Club Bor. We highly recommend it to others looking for a great choice of a hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a hill near the center of town, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. They were attentive and caring, always ready to assist with any request or special service.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was right next to a vast forest area but still close to the city center. Plus, the hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. we had no trouble with parking and transportation.

Had an amazing Easter break at this hotel! The spacious and clean apartment was perfect for our family. The variety of food options at the restaurant was impressive and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were thrilled to discover that the hotel had both an indoor and outdoor pool, and the mountain views from our room were breathtaking!

The pools could get crowded at times and the water was slightly cooler than we expected. some dishes during breakfast were not prepared to our liking.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! It is located in a perfect place, on a hill near the center of town. The location is not only convenient, but it also provides a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The service here is exceptional, with staff who are friendly and attentive. They really care for every request or special service that you may need. The room amenities are top-notch, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a dressing area. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and a cozy carpeted floor.
